Arcadian and King Cruises is a Thames Party boat Company, we have been operating private charters since 1977, providing River Thames party boats for hire. We are family owned and run and currently have 2 vessels available for private hire. We also have a large portfolio of smaller/larger vessels for hire. Our Thames party boats can cater for Corporate charters, Valentine, Birthdays, Weddings, Christmas and New Years Eve as well as day cruises to Kew, Richmond and Hampton Court.

We are looking for a very special person to help us starting immediately with our young family of 2 children, a boy and a girl. The children are wonderful,fun and adventurous. We are busy type work takes most of our time and want a caring figure to work with us for at least 3 years contract. The person will be in charge of taking the kids to bed, taking them to school and also bringing them from school in the afternoon and taking them in there home work
Hours during term time are:
Monday & Friday 08:30-09:30, 15:00-18:00
Tuesday 08:30-21:00
Total of 30hours.
During school holidays all 3 days would be 08:30-18:00, 29.5 hours.

The employee will have his or her own bedroom with tv set and internet facilities, with a personal bathroom, and also a car to drive around if necessary needed for leisure time. and also the employee can travel for holidays

The major goal of the position is the cleanliness of all Guest?s staterooms in his/her respective section, including passageways as per the Company?s Standards.

The major goal of the position is the exceptional service of all Guest?s suites in his respective section, including passageways as per the Company?s Standards. The butler must have exemplary interpersonal skills and premium service etiquette.

The Chef De Partie Pastry / Head Pastry is fully responsible for the section he/she is assigned to. This role is to assist the Pastry Chef to effectively supervise and manage the onboard Pastry/Bakery Production, ensuring that Quality Standards and Procedures are in line with Company Rules and Regulations. The Chef De Partie Pastry / Head Pastry ensures that his/her subordinates are guided and trained in order to be productive.

The position of a CDP is responsible to run a main section independently with as little supervision as possible (Saucier, Entremetier, Fish, Roast, Polo, Toscana, TC DK 9, Tournant and Garde Manger). He/She must have in-depth knowledge of all sections within the hot and cold kitchen. A CDP must display strong leadership skills and the ability to train and coach subordinates. The CDP position is the link between the Galley Management and all other lower position in a Galley Operation. The position is a very important key role and is fully supported by middle management in all areas.

The position of Chef de Cuisine is responsible for overseeing the entire galley operation on Deck 9 Terrace Café, Tapas, Waves and DK10 Polo Grill, ensuring a smooth operation for all events, food preparations, presentation and delivery over the course of the day. The CDC is the link between his/her operation and DK 4 Main Galley.

The position of Sous chef is responsible in assisting the Executive Sous chef and oversee the entire galley operation on Deck 4 Main Galley & DK 3 Crew Galley, and monitoring all food preparations, presentations and delivery over the course of the day. The Sous chef must control the Service Line of the opening and during service hours for Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner. He/She must be in full control of the Galley Operation and is in charge in the absence of the Executive Sous chef.

Candidates with relevant employment experience in preparation, production and presentation of Classical European and Continental Breads and Bakery items. Able to work independently and as members of multinational team dedicated to deliver high quality of Multi Cuisine Culinary product on board the Passenger Ships of the Company.
