| Description: | Rich's S.V. is currently docked in Baltimore, Maryland, United States (US). The boat was launched (built) in 1980 and is 9.1 meters (30ft) in overall length with a total weight of 7.5 tonnes and has generally at least 3 people aboard. Initially looking for one crew to travel the initial leg down the ICW to the islands from the beginning of Oct. '08 to Dec '08. and spend a while going from island to island. Eventually I'll go through the canel and spend time in the Sea of Cortez. If this is of interest let me know. I am planning 2 shake down cruses- one for the end of August for 3 days and the middle of September for 3 days, both around the DelMarVa Pininsula. I anticipate the crew will participate in all aspects of sailing from standing watch to cooking and maintaining the boat. The crew will need to pay their own expenses to and from the s/v but split the cost of provisions while sailing. There will be no pay for this position. This is for people who want to sail for recreation not pay. |
