Cooking-  Aug 2004-2007- Cooking for private engagements in the San Francisco Bay area, including small dinner parties for private hosts for birthday, cocktail, and engagement events.  July-Aug.- 2007- Kessler Corporate Events-Hosted events for extremely high end clientele at remote luxury hunting lodge in Southern region of Colorado. Duties included selection of cuisine and wine for three course dinners, food provisioning for the week, as well as preparation and execution of meal presentation.
