| Description: | We are a danish couple, Mischa Jemer, graphic designer and Thomas Castberg, professional chef. Both non-smoking. We would like to work as a team for a period of time on a 2 – 15 passenger yacht. And we are mainly interested in luxury cruises. Mischa has extensive experience in both hosting and cooking, and we have worked together professionally in many occasions. Thomas has a vast experience in different cuisines, fx new French, Italian, Asian and the last couple of years the New Nordic Kitchen. Because of our passion about food, we wish to give you a gastronomic experience, both with the simple and the exclusive meals. We are both very outgoing, service minded and have a wlot of professional discipline, but always with a smile. We have no experience working at sea and we intend to do the STCW 95 this spring.
