Hello! I am going to be in Mallorca, Spain this summer and I am looking for a stew position. My experience in hospitality ranges over 10 years between fine dining, line-cooking, bartending, bar management, extensive wine classes and knowledge, liquor safety courses, and food safety preparation classes. I am extremely hard working (am currently working two jobs) and very positive. I am also in great shape, can cook fairly decent, and I can make a killer cocktail! On a personal note I am 26,110 lbs, Egyptian/American, and I can speak a little bit of Arabic, French, and Spanish too.
