I would like to work aboard a sailboat for four reasons. First, I have greatly enjoyed sailing and living aboard sailboats for weekend trips in the past, and now I am ready to experience living aboard longer. Second, I would also like to cook for my fellow crew members because good nutrition is essential for high quality sailing. Third, I am motivated to learn to repair engine, electric and bilge pump problems. I want to understand all systems aboard. Lastly, I also plan to improve my day and celestial navigation.
