Description: Spend the summer in the Caribbean! Broadreach needs skippers for summer live-aboard sailing/scuba adventures on 50-foot yachts in the Caribbean. Skippers teach basic sailing skills, provide surface support for dives, and facilitate group dynamics.

Broadreach staff must be motivated by a desire to work with teens and share their love for the outdoors. Staff should have Wilderness First Responder Certification (Broadreach offers a course) or EMT. Previous experience working with teens is preferred.
