I would like to introduce our crew placement services for free: We are an international Crew Placement Agency and Yacht Management company in Marmaris and we provide experienced and qualified crew which matches your needs, we are proud to be the only german/russian/turkish company in Turkey specialised in professional and competent crew placement and yacht management. For the employer are our services (like checking references, profile proving, organizing the meeting point, interview sheduling, organizing the flights and transfers, stress management during the employment etc.) completely for free! Only the flight and transfer expenses for candidates coming from abroad must be covered by the employer. We only charge a percantage (30% for short term and 50% for long term contract) from the 1. month salary of the crew member, which will be simply substracted form her/his 1. month's salary and paid by the management within 3 days after our candidate starts to work on board, the rest of the salary will be paid at the end of the month to the employe, therefore we make a special agreement contract between us and the crew members. We are proud of having excellent services and crew management and there is no risk for the vessel owner, only advantage! We are also taking care of our employed crew, doesnt matter in which country the vessel is and exchange the crew members if neccessary!
