Captain would need to join boat in Trinidad for 1-3 weeks before heading to VIs end of October for orientation passage and to help prepare vessel for charter. Coordinate local marketing and booking with commission-based help on St John. Communicate over phone and email with US based owner who will set up website for bookings, payment, and handle US and international marketing. Compensation: live on the boat if desired. All income after 1,000/month for maintenance and contingency fund is split with the owner 50/50.
