This PA needs to do ; - Organising individual personal activities and co-ordinating between offices worldwide; - Facilitating meetings and participating in private negotiation meetings by providing English translation; - Co-ordinating Roadshows, incl Analyst trips, Investor Relations Roadshows, Deal Roadshows, Pre-Marketing Roadshows, Field trips - M&As and Roundtables; - Setting up meetings with high profile and net worth clients; - Managing all incoming communications, mail, email and gate keeping duties with a high degree of confidentiality and diplomacy; - Setting up group companies’ quarterly board meetings held worldwide: - researching and booking meeting facilities, arranging high-budget business dinners and lunches, reserving hotels and travel for participants, consolidating and distributing documents, taking minutes. - Liaising with Finance Dept re invoices, expenses; - Travelling at short notice; - 24/7 availability Experienced on ; well on computer/internet use can use excel/word/power point/mailing good on arranging travels as a summary ; I am looking for someone ; - Who can travel with me - Who can asist me 24/7 and - who can be my right hand !
