| Description: | Hi, I am 26 years old and have been cooking for 10 years. I've worked my way up the ladder from a trainee cook peeling veg to being the meat cook at the world famous French Laundry in California. I'm from Ireland, where I went to culinary collage and I've trained in the U.k under Gordon Ramsay and Michael Caines. I've traveled alot learning different cuisines along the way... Malaysia, Morocco, Thailand, Scandinavia,South Korea, France, Italy, Spain, America..East and West coast. Ive also worked 2 seasons in the French Alps. I love what I do and it shows in my work. I've always wanted to work aboard a luxury yacht, this is the first summer I've ever been available to do so. You will not be disappointed I guarantee! |
