Your main role will be to lead a fleet of clients yachts, on one week and two week holidays. You will also be responsible for managing the rest of the team, liaising with local suppliers and reporting and accounting to Head Office.

You will lead initial and daily client briefings, covering all aspects of the holidays, including technical yacht briefings, safety matters, navigation, and cruise itineraries.
