Self motivated, independent and results oriented, with strong interpersonal skills and a history of personal success and disciplined time management. I am a hard working, reliable and committed team member with stamina and agility. I am a USCG certified Captain (OUPV) with 1500+ hours of logged sea time with current MMD, TWIC and a pending STCW95. As a large sailboat owner, I am familiar with boat handling, safety and maintenance. I am also skilled at resolving challenges and dedicated to looking after the small details that make a ship proper. My style is as a collegial, team player who is dependable, confident, caring, well mannered and focused in a crisis. As a volunteer trainer at Nevada Yacht Clubs’ Sail Training events, I instructed courses on vessel provisioning. |
