| Description: | I am a single female currently in Singapore, but willing to travel to disembarking port. I am hardworking, organized, positive, easy going and get along well with people of all personality types, ages and backgrounds. I have extensive knowledge of areas that are note well charted/known in Vanuatu, the Torres Straight & much of remote Indonesia, including the lovely Banda Islands. I sailed with one other person on a 10 meter GibSea from Fiji to Singapore Oct, 2009 to Jan, 2010. I have experience with paper & PC charting, off season & heavy weather sailing, long & short passages, auto pilot, wind vane & hand steering. I am familiar with on shore procedures and supply procurement issues in the remote locations between Fiji and Singapore. I provided personal assistance to captain and crew including management of ship inventory, galley chef, bartender, cleaning, laundry & some ship maintenance. I have many years experience in customer and human services and in the course of much of that career worked with children of all ages. |
