| Description: | I am very outgoing, work well in a team and as an individual. I like to challenge myself and can keep a clear head in a stressful situation. I enjoy the company of people and can be very diplomatic. I am a good watchkeeper. I have been sailing sporadically for the past 15 years. My main area of sailing is in the Thames estuary, but I have also spent time cruising in the Bay of Biscay and have made passage to Norway from Hartlepool. While in Norway we spent a month cruising the Norwegian fjords. On the return trip we landed in the Shetland Isles where we met some very rough weather. My reason for wanting to sail is gain further sea miles, pick up some more skills and for the enjoyment & sense of achievement. |
