| Description: | Position is Available to be filled immediately. We are looking for someone to crew our 68" Sparkman Stephens katch. You would be the only paid crew, and responsibilities will include general maintenance, as well as trouble shooting any problems that arise under way. The vessel usually spends its time split between Puerto Rico, Manhattan, and Marion, Massachusetts. Applicant must be willing to travel with the vessel as you will be its primary caretaker. Applicant must have strong mechanical skills and experience with boat systems. The owner acts as the captain when on board, but it would be your responsibility to keep all of the systems in order and functioning especially the diesel engine. When in port the applicant is expected to maintain a full time schedule of maintenance and repairs to keep the vessel in a serviceable condition. Sailing experience is a bonus for any applicant because you would be the acting captian when the owner is off the vessel. If interested I strongly suggest you forward a Resume or CV ASAP.
