| Description: | We are looking for 2-3 crew members, preferably a couple or single female. We will leave from Phuket, Thailand in early January and sail to Sri Lanka, the Maldives, Aden-Djibouti, up the Red Sea, Sudan, Egypt, then to Turkey, Greece, Croatia, Malta, Italy, Corsica, Spain and Gibraltar. In November 2005 we will sail to the Canaries, the Cape Verde Islands and then across the Atlantic to Barbados and Trinidad andTobago. The boat is a modern 60’ staysail schooner and has covered more than 38,000 miles in the last 4 years while completing ¾ of a circumnavigation that started in Majorca, Spain in October 2002. The Captain/owner has been sailing all his life and has done 14 Transatlantic crossings. The crew should have some offshore sail experience, the more the better, modest cooking skills, and be willing to sail with us for at least 2-3 months. Preference will be given to people willing and able to make a longer commitment. The crew will have to pay their own travel expenses to and from theboat but will have no expenses while on the boat other than their own personal expenses.
