Experience: * 6/05 to 1/06: On-call charter-sailing captain/instructor for Honolulu Sailing, Hawaii (including inter-island, multi-day voyages) on sailboats 43 to 54 feet. * 1/00 to 3/05: Employment as Building Inspector for City/County governments in California with occasional small-boat charter work (to 64 ft.-sail) * 6/97 to 10/97: "Duck"-tour driver in Hotsprings AR; also drove these briefly in Honolulu HI (2004). * 3/96 to 6/97: Served as Mate on crewboats, and AB-OSV on off-shore tugs (to 3000 HP), for Tidewater- Marine out of New Orleans, LA. * 1/91 to 12/99: Operated own charter sailing tours and served as charter-captain for other San Diego operators, ("6-pack", sail/power to 50 ft.); with occasional deliveries in Southern California and Baja California to 53 feet, power and sail.. * 3/88 to 1/91: Facilities manager for MWR Division at Marine Corps Recruit Depot, San Diego, (including marina-maintenance). Education: BA-Psychology (+ 2 years graduate-study in Organizational Development); community college certifications in Real Estate, Computer Software; Construction.
