Description: Seeking skipper/crew for delivery of 53' Baglietto Isha motor yacht from San Francisco Bay to Bocas del Torro, Panama. Departure from S.F.Bay Thurs. March 5th (weather permitting). Must share helm; watch & sleep rotation duties. Looking for honest & trustworthy male or female who is reliable with a positive outlook and ocean experience. This is a work/leisure journey as we plan to motor 24/7 except for refueling stops & storm sheltering. Trip should take approx. 4 weeks. Would consider you joining for segments of journey. Basic food & beverages provided as well as return cost to point of origination. Route includes Ensenada, Cabo, Puerta Vallarta, Acapulco, Guatamala, Nicaragua thru Panama canal.
Type: Captain/Skipper; Deck Hand
Salary Range: Negotiable
Qualifications: Open ocean experience with knowledge of GPS, auto- pilot & radar. A team player & problem solver who knows boat etiquette. No drugs or heavy drinkers.
