| Description: | my name is dov and i am a skipper that spent the last 8 years on the water.i hold a RYA/MCA offshore yacht master for tidal waters, commercially endorsed (done in south Africa). i have a B.Sc. in marine sciences from the Ruppin academic center in Israel, i also taught practical and theoretical sailing lessons in Ruppin academic center for 3 years and offshore sailing trips for the academic center. i worked with my girl on a crewed charter 51 ft. catamaran and a 50 ft. beneteau in the Caribbeans (skipper&mate\hostess). i taught the practical and theoretical sailing courses and also advanced professional courses to licensed skippers in Sea-Gal the Israeli sailing club for 18 months. currently working as a skipper aboard a 115 ft. topsail schooner doing weekly cruises in the Seychelles. 3 ocean crossings (north&south Atlantic & Indian), over 30,000 logged miles i sailed the east med. sea a lot of times. i love the sea and need the sun.. |
