| Description: | My experience in sailing on boat is 3 month on a Corbin 39, taking her from St John NB to Florida, and also sailing her on the St John River and in Bras D'Or Lake NS. I Also sail on a large sailing ship call Elinor from Bermudas to Quebec city in '84. My main experience is on board merchand ship. I sail as an officer for 12 years on board tankers, cargo, and banana ships. Waters sail include central and south america, caraibien, north africa, mediteranian and of course St-Laurence river, Great Lake and also northen Quebec as far as Kujuak and Churchil Alberta. I don't easily get sea sick, I have beeing trought quite a few bad weather. I have a 2 mate certificat, Emergency , First Aid, Radio,Radar Certificat, and even if I am a bit rusty, I should be a good asset to your crew. I speak currently French and English (my writting in the latest is not that great) and spanish should come back to me quite fast, since I work with Panamenien crew 6 months. Also 5 years in catering. |
