Sorcerer II, a 95’ T.P. Cookson, is looking for a Cook to prepare good healthy food for the crew and guests. The cook will also be responsible for meal planning and provisioning for longer trips (5 weeks to the Caribbean from San Diego and 4 weeks from the Caribbean to England) and maintaining inventories and general cleanliness of the galley. The cook must be a team player and happy to mix with crew and adapt as schedules change and lend a hand to other crew members. The cook is expected to learn all basic system operations on the vessel and help with docking, watch and sailing operations.

| Qualifications: |
Successful candidates will have cooking experience on boats for groups of 4 to 10 people preparing healthy balanced diets. Blue water sailing experience and STCW 95 certification required. Professional crewing experience preferred. Candidates must be able to lift and/or move up to 25 lbs. frequently, frequently lift and/or more up to 50 lbs and occasionally lift and/or move up to 100 lbs. Candidates must have the ability to live in close quarters and sharing responsibilities while traveling.
